At Future Wholesalers, we’re committed to supplying high-quality renewable technology products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or received a faulty item, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Note: Custom-ordered items, clearance items, or special imports are non-returnable unless faulty.
🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide images and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after inspection.
💸 Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If a restocking fee applies (typically 15% for commercial equipment), it will be deducted from the refund amount.
🚚 Return Shipping
For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For faulty or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover return shipping or arrange collection.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return the original and place a new order.
