Returns & Refunds

At Future Wholesalers, we’re committed to supplying high-quality renewable technology products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or received a faulty item, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Note: Custom-ordered items, clearance items, or special imports are non-returnable unless faulty.

🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide images and a description of the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after inspection.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If a restocking fee applies (typically 15% for commercial equipment), it will be deducted from the refund amount.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For faulty or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover return shipping or arrange collection.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return the original and place a new order.
