We currently ship within the UK. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, while express and next-day delivery options are available for faster shipping.
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and link from our courier partner.

Yes, most of our products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty length and details vary per product and are listed on each product page.
While we don’t install directly, we can recommend certified installers and provide installation guides for many of our products.
Absolutely. Our products are CE certified and comply with relevant UK and EU safety standards, including environmental regulations like WEEE.
