We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and secure bank transfers for trade customers. Klarna or similar finance options may also be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Q2: Can I place a bulk or trade order?

Yes! We welcome trade customers and offer dedicated pricing and support. Please submit a trade inquiry via our Contact page to set up an account.

Q3: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Q4: Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time.

Q5: How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, while express and next-day delivery options are available for faster shipping.

Q6: Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number and link from our courier partner.

While we don’t install directly, we can recommend certified installers and provide installation guides for many of our products.

Q12: Are your products compliant with UK standards?

Absolutely. Our products are CE certified and comply with relevant UK and EU safety standards, including environmental regulations like WEEE.

Q14: Do you offer credit terms for trade clients?

Yes, subject to approval. We work with finance providers who may offer net payment terms. Details can be discussed once your trade account is approved.

Q15: Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, VAT invoices are automatically emailed after purchase. If you need a copy or adjustment, contact us with your order number.
